The ¼öƬapp Transition Team is committed to providing students and their families with a wide variety of events and resources to help with student success.
Monthly ¼öƬapp transition events will be provided throughout the district to provide transition supports for students in early childhood through high school. All grades are encouraged to attend.

Special Education Transition Fair at Bowie High School Join us to learn more about special education transition: employment, education & training, independent living, and recreation & leisure. At this event you’ll hear from community agencies and organizations, as well as learn about all of the services in ¼öƬapp and the community. This event, made possible by the Austin Ed Fund. Free Kona Ice for the first 100 attendees and a light breakfast.
