	 ISD's Fine Arts Department proudly celebrates the 10th anniversary of its
	 Summer Theatre Series (STS) with a spectacular production of Charlie and

	)   This educational production marks a decade of showcasing student 
	talent while making live theatre accessible to all. Since 2014\, STS has p
	rovided ¼öƬapp students with an immersive summer theatre experience—
	both onstage and behind the scenes—culminating in a full-scale musical. 
	What started as an opportunity for students to learn and grow artistically
	 has evolved into one of Austin's most anticipated summer events. This yea
	r’s production features a talented cast and crew made up entirely of Aus
	tin ISD students from across the district’s middle and high schools. The
	 musical includes dazzling choreography\, imaginative sets\, colorful cost
	umes\, and a live orchestra—all presented by young artists who’ve trai
	ned intensively over the summer. About the Summer Theatre Series The Austi
	n ISD Summer Theatre Series is a free enrichment program designed to provi
	de students with professional-level training in acting\, tech\, and musica
	l theatre. Over 2000 students have participated in the last decade\, with 
	many pursuing careers in the arts. The program is made possible through pa
	rtnerships with ¼öƬapp Fine Arts\, district staff\, and generous commu
	nity support.
